The Beer School - Pour It
These 4 sessions are designed to showcase how to present beer properly to the consumer.
1. Bottle & Can – this first module will take a closer look at the proper techniques of pouring from a bottle or a can. In addition, we will discuss the benefits of foam and carbonation. In addition, we include 3 pouring videos including Guinness.
2. Draught – the second module focuses on draught beer pouring techniques. We will also review the steps to take to pour the perfect glass of draught beer including a discussion on foam. There is also a troubleshooting sequence that showcases two major issues – flat beer and foamy beer. Finally, we share the concepts of a ‘beer clean glass’.
3. Service – this third module explores the concepts of creating a great consumer experience. We will discuss the proper handling of glassware, the order of service and how to deliver the finished beer to the consumer.
4. Draught Systems – this final module explores the perfect draught beer system. We will discuss various draught equipment necessary for an exceptional experience. In addition, troubleshooting flat and foamy beer are also discussed.
